  • Fully insured, accredited and highly experienced consultant with a Building /Carpentry/Pest Control background (over 7,000 Building Inspections and considerably more than 7,000 Timber Pest and Termite Inspections to date).
  • When you book with us we make all of the arrangements for access to the property and provide you with a detailed description of what the inspection involves.
  • Thorough systematic inspections of the property using detailed checklists that includes carrying out necessary tests. We use the latest detection equipment.
  • We encourage you to meet with your Inspector on site and offer ongoing phone support 7 days a week if required.
  • Comprehensive written reports which comply with AS 4349.1 (Building Inspection) and AS 4349.3 (Pest Inspection) compiled by the Inspector that carried out the inspection available to you same day by E-mail or Fax. Bound hard copies are mailed out the following day.

Our Building Report Covers

  • Structual Damage.
  • Conditions that may cause Structual Damage.
  • Significant defects of secondary elements (ie, kitchen cupboards, bathroom fixtures and tiles).
  • Minor Defects and Maintenace Items to assit you in maintaining your proeprty.

Our Timber Pest Report Covers

  • Subteranean Termites.
  • Wood Borers such as Anobiid Borer (Pine Bettle in Qld)
  • Lyctid Borer (Powder Post Bettle)
  • Wood Decay (Brown Rot or Cubic Rot in Qld) Dry Rot Fungus is limited to colder climates.
  • Conditions that may cause or promote Timber Pest activity.
  • The use of non durable timbers and timbers with insuficent ground clearacen or embeded in the ground.
  • The close proximity of large trees and bushland.

The reports are detailed written reports compiled by the Inspectors that carried out the Inpections and are made avaialbe by email and post within 24 hours of the completion of the inspections.
